Young's Cider Yeast is a special Bayanus strain, specially selected for its ability to produce exceptional crisp and refreshing cider.
This yeast strain is known for it’s exceptional reliability. It consistently delivers fresh, clean, crisp ciders that are satisfying and well balanced.
It is a very low foaming strain which will ferment between 10 - 35°C. The flavour characteristics given by this strain are neutral and clean, meaning that natural fruit flavours will be the prominent taste on the palate.
Overall, this is a classic cider yeast that will ferment to dryness with a delicious, powerful and refreshing fruity finish.

Directions for use
